Entry for 17 April 2006 Things that make me go ARRRRGGHHHH!!!

Now.... here's how it is.

My wife (Christine) tells me that we must go to Matalan to buy a new school bag for Kara. This we do.... but.... as per usual, once we get there, she tells me we have to go over to Tesco's to get Craig a new ruler, compass and the like for school because, (yet again) he's lost them, just like every single other term in the last 2 years.

So.... we go to Tescos. Christine (as usual again) spends ages trying to decide which ruler set to get... much like choosing the bag for Kara... She then decides that we need to get milk. (None of this, of course, is mentioned before we go out). I start getting impatient BECAUSE I AM AN IMPATIENT PERSON!!! Image and wander on ahead. Next thing I know KERBANG.. my family has vanished along with my 2 daughters.

I think these massive out of town massive supermarkets should issue all married men with wife detecters... along with a husband creche where they can drop us off to be entertained with playstation 2 consoles and various other entertainment.

By the way, I did find Christine, Dawn and Kara (or rather Dawn found me). I was relieved that I hadn't entered some weird parralel universe. I was beginning to think that my family were just some strange figment of my imagination for a while and that I'd just been dreaming for the last 20 years.

Oh.... and BTW..... Craig stayed at home with the teenage strops.... lucky him! LOLImage
