Today we all went as a family to see Kara in her dance show this afternoon. I really enjoyed it, especially Kara little 8 yr old classmate who sang the song from the movie Titanic.

When we got back home, I went running with Craig and his mate Billy. We ran into Margate and back. It was around 8 miles or so. I must be getting pretty fit now coz the lads couldn't keep up with me. I kept running back for them. We really pushed it at the end. I like that coz I get a real buzz when I finish. Its all the endorphine pumping round my blood stream. We are running once a week at the moment and plan to up it 2 twice a week. Maybe I'll do the Thanet Marathon some time and raise some money for The Lighthouse. I've got a health check up on Tuesday (comes free as a KCC employee - my 2nd job with the Youth Offending Team). It'll be interesting to see what comes out of that.

Well........ just a staff meeting to attend tomorrow morning, then I'm clear till Thursday.
