Hi folks, just a quick line.

I've not been well on the weekend. Came down with I think may have been food poisoning or some sort of vuris Saturday night/Sunday Morning. As well as all the usual symptoms, I had a temperature. Feeling really washed out today.... drinking fluid and had a couple of bananas. I'm hoping to leave work early today. Will catch up later.
